My Story

As a first-generation immigrant of Vietnamese, Chinese and French heritage and a parent of two young children, I bring a culturally attuned and compassionate perspective to my work as a therapist. Grounded in cultural competence, humility, and a deep respect for individual stories, I create a safe space for clients to explore their unique journeys.

I integrate creative and evidence-based approaches—including Experiential Therapy, Narrative, Solutions Focused and Trauma-Informed care—alongside a relational and spiritual lens to support holistic healing. My work focuses on helping children, adults, and couples navigate challenges such as major life transitions, adjustments, depression, anxiety, or separation, while fostering resilience and empowerment.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a marketing consultant across various industries, where I developed skills in deep listening, understanding diverse perspectives, and creating tailored solutions. I now use these abilities to meet clients where they are and guide them toward meaningful growth and connection.

Whether you are seeking support for trauma recovery, navigating cultural or relational dynamics, or working through personal challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll explore the mind, body, and spirit to help you reconnect with your strengths, rewrite your story, and discover new paths to healing and fulfillment.

Lastly, I am a recent graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies and an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (#153199) under the clinical supervision of Myles Downes, LMFT, at New Perspectives Center for Counseling. In 2024, I was a presenter at the Oxford Symposium on School-Based Counseling, where I shared a case study on innovative therapeutic practices with a neurodivergent teen, utilizing game-based and experiential approaches.
